Good Location, Absolutely Brainless Office "staff"

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
We moved into a one bedroom apartment in 2002, and about 10 months after, inquired about moving into a 2 bedroom. At first we were told it was impossible, we can't. Then we were told that we could, and we were shown one that was "available". It had no carpeting, dangerous nails sticking out of every floor, a rusted, stained bathroom, and was unpainted. When we returned to the rental office we were told that we would have to wait until our lease was out to move in. But if someone rented it before us, too bad. I was confused as to why we were shown this apartment in the first place, but asked to be put onto a waiting list, so we could move into a 2 bedroom when the next became available. Its 5 months later. I have called and inquired about a 2 bedroom, anonomously, and was told there are several available, and they've been open for weeks. Needless to say, I'm looking to buy a house. Dealing with these brainless people has been frustrating, as well as dangerous. Their staff has no knowledge of their policies, and we have been lied to. It is a nice place to live, unfourtunately, you'd have to learn how to speak idiot in order to communicate with their rental office staff.
