My husband and I moved in there shortly after getting married last year. At first, we really liked the staff and the apartment. But our happiness quickly turned to frustration. I became pregnant shortly after moving in, and about the same time, we noticed a serious mold issue in our bedroom, the second bedroom, and the living room. Mold was so bad that it caused a terrible smell and it even grew in the toilet overnight! Not to mention it made my morning sickness ten times worse than it would have been otherwise. We complained about the mold shortly after we discovered it, but it seemed like the staff ignored us. Finally in the summer, we went to them again and did not leave until they agreed to do something about it. We asked to be moved to a sister property and it was done a month or so later.
However, that is not the only bad thing I have to say. Watch the staff at all times, and make sure you understand what they are telling you. We recently discovered that we were STILL BEING BILLED FOR ELECTRICITY USAGE WHEN WE HAD MOVED OUT SEVEN MONTHS BEFORE!!!! Needless to say this has caused financial issues and will the staff do anything to fix that' Nope. I think something sneaky is going on there because our former apartment has since been turned into their office and wouldn't they realize that they weren't paying for the electricity there, so someone else had to be' Seriously- watch your step here, this place will screw you over big time.

all i can say is what are you talking about ? the office has alway been only the office and Never was a apartment and as far as your electricity goes well YOU SHOULD HAVE HAD IT TURNED OFF .... that is all you and no one else ... and seven months get real ..please there is nothing sneaking going on ....
