I lived in this complex for a year. Overall, I was very satisfied. The office staff was always courteous and helpful. I never needed to call maintenance so I cant attest to their efficiency or competence. As a single female, I felt very safe despite having a first floor apartment. The complex is great if you have small pets since they take up to two animals, but be prepared to pay a little extra in "pet rent" every month. Also, the complex is very close to several shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the Mall. Lastly, my unit had its own washer/dryer in the bathroom and storage shed outside....BIG plus!

Drawbacks include: (1) a higher than usual pet security (I paid $650!) but if you are a responsible pet owner you should get this back, (2) be prepared to battle ants and small insects in the summertime (basic ant traps took care of the problem for me), and (3) I did have a minor mold issue in the bathroom, which I never called about. Bleach cleans the mold but it returns over time if you dont keep up with it.

Overall, I would recommend this complex. I enjoyed my time there.
