The people that are writing good things in the other reviews for this apartment is most likely on crack or management of the apartment. Park 200 was horrible the walls ARE super thin. We had numerous leaks from our ceiling and we werent on the top floor. The police were there on a regular basis, I wouldnt suggest walking alone out there at night. There roughed up speed bumps through the place but The kids drove like psychos and i almost got hit numerous times. I had bug problems and it was nightmarish. These tiny microscopic bugs and ALOT of them on the floor. Management is horrible and it was like pulling teeth to get service calls.
