Just want to say my experience living in Park 200 have been good. I read these reviews before I lived here. Though I must say that some reviews written isn't really fair to speak on behalf of all residents. I'll agree with the packages possibly getting stolen by neighbors, but management has been helpful to me about it when you ask about it. Thin walls' I never have that problem. I had lived in apartments with thin walls, but at Park 200, I didn't have it this bad. Maintenance has been wonderful to me. Laundry being card-controlled isn't uncommon. But you can get the card filled on Saturday, not just on weekdays. Neighbors' My neighbors have been good to me. If you got bad neighbors, you deal with the neighbors, unless it's really bad you should complain to management. Transfer clause isn't that restrictive. Mine isn't 60 days notice like what one reviewer wrote. Mine is 30 days notice.

Of course, I'll say that with the price range and locality of this apartment complex next to plazas, you get what you paid for. I mean, if you want to live in better places with better neighbors, you can pay 100 dollars a month extra to live in complexes just down the road. I am not saying it's a dream place to live here, but it's averages out compared to other apartments I'd ever lived in.

Note if you ever have a problem, you bring it up to management. That's why they're there. I've seen people complain here, actually. But the type of people who I've seen complain tend, and I emphasize the word tend, to be trash--and this includes immigrants who are trash and Americans who are trash.
