Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Not too bad of a place, actually. We've lived there with our 2 children. I've rarely had a problem with noise. My two small kids love it. It's close to a lot of stores(walking distance)yet it still has a nice tree-lined common area. Maintainence could be a little quicker dealing with things, but overall not too bad. Also, very good price for CP.
