They just changed their name to "NORTH POINTE" to attempt to make it seem upscale. Supposedly new management' Let's see, They say 'small' Pets/No Dogs (when I saw it in the Renter's Guide) Well, EVERYONE had Dogs, Big and Small and they CONSTANTLY Bark! Residents also let their dogs do their business in front of the door and NEVER Picked It Up, as specified in the Lease (which is a joke). Doors/Stairs were constantly NOISEY - Day and Night. They don't tend to your complaints and make you out to be the bad person.

The laundry room had 2 Washers and 2 Dryers for 20 Apartments. Not enough and NOT clean. The Pet fee for a Cat was $350 Non-refundable and $13-$15 a month extra for your pet to pay rent for the remainder of the lease. The credit check is FAKE, they just pocket your money and never check officialy. The $100 deposit is a joke, nobody's knocking down the door to move in here, no matter what they tell you. MOLD accumulates on the sliding glass windows and drips water down like a spout. In Winter, the doors and windows Freeze shut because of this and your constantly putting towels down to catch the water dripping from condensation.There was ALWAYS Music blasting at High Levels, Day or Night. People here are Rude and Inconsiderate of others living so CLOSELY near them.

Neighbors were Loud, Rude, Noisey College Age Students who (buddy-up) with their friends or girlfriends so they can be able to afford it and then they have NO regard for your peace and quiet because they are young clowns. I smelled POT smoke all the time and heard their were Drug Dealers living in this complex. I saw Large Grills with Large White GAS Tanks on the balcony's (even though this was a No-No). The balcony are way too close together and you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor does out there and inside their apartment when their sliding door is open. Noise, Noise, Noise is ALL I CONSTANTLY HEARD. Banging on Walls, Floors(Heavy Walkers), Musical Instruments were played LOUDLY Everynight, Early Evening up until 11:30PM-1AM, and Early morning Saturdays, where it's almost impossible to sleep in.

They don't manage the Parking Lot well at all during snow. My car has been 'dinged' 3 times already from the idiot drivers whom have NO regard for your vehicle. They drive super fast throughout the small lot. They don't tend to your maintainence issues timely. The traffic on the Northway was HORRIBLE to say the least. A Nightmare. The traffic on Rt.9 and Rt.146 was just as bad and could take you 10-12 minutes just to get out of your building and onto a main road, with the lights and all the PEOPLE around this VERY BUSY intersection and area in general. You will hear constant sirens from the near-by Ambulance company and Police Cars for Accidents. Constant Airplanes flying by, shaking the apartment, and truckers blasting by on the Northway. You heard it all

It's just a Facade of a classy 'OVERPRICED' apartment where they promise you one thing and you get another after you sign the lease and then your stuck. Take head now and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if your looking for a peaceful, relaxing environment that you are entitled to. You wont find it here. Trust Me

I would NEVER Move there again!!!
