I lived here from Aug 2006 to Dec 2006 and had to move because of my job. The 5 months I was here were very good. We did not have much issues, except once when our bathroom tap started leaking and soaked up everything under it, the maintenance man fised the tap and cleaned up the mess it had caused.
Also, I liked the professionalism of Leah, and later, Shelley, as they dealt with issues. I left on a short notice, but they considered it was not my fault so the lease breakage I had to pay was minimal. The day we were leaving, we met the maintenance guy outside. He just did an informal check and said that your apartment looks good enough, and we would get back our deposit.
True enough, within a week a check was delivered to our new address in Chicago, where they refunded by entire security.
I would surely recommend this place. It is really great. Mold issue, yes, there is a bit of it, but maintenance always took care of it.
