I Feel Like A Prisoner

As for the complaint below I will have to say the tenant brought most of their problems on their self by what I am reading. However I do agree with their last paragraph:
black mold grows in all windows, marijuana smoke in the hallways, lots of loud barking dogs, loud music at night, dripping pipes, washer and dryers that only work off of tokens that you can only get in the office when its open, office closes by 5 pm and is rarely open on weekends. Not enough washers and dryers for the entire buildings.
Complaints to their corporate office get us nowhere.
We are a group of middle class working people that do our best to live by the law and live in comfort. Unfortunately North Point does not allow us to live comfortable these days. The maintenance people around here are slobs, they never wear their uniforms, and they tell us off as if we are inmates of their prison.
One maintenance person mows the lawn 24/7. He never leaves the seat of his tractor therefore nothing but the lawn gets trimmed. So much for trimming the shrubs around here (Update, as I write this he is mowing the lawn in a yellow rain suit). Another maintenance person likes to gossip and hang out with tenets from this complex telling everything about anybody. You would expect this from another tenant but not an employee. The third maintenance guy has become too comfortable here telling tenants off. If you have a problem with his work he will tell you that he will be the judge no matter how sloppy the job turns out. This guy will leave you with more of a mess than what you started with. He is a slop and dirty mouth. He walks around here in a muscle shirt offending many women. I do not need to see this. Good thing I do not have a jealous husband!
As for the manager, we have had three of them in a one year period. The manager we have now just replace a woman who seemed to have the employees under control. I believe control starts with the manager and in this case there is no control. This manager tries to be a nice person but I soon found out she is not. If you are not satisfied she acts just like the maintenance person and throws a fit making you feel belittled.
Overall, when I first moved in the place was a little rough around the edges. Then a new manager came and things got done. They really got done! Now we have a manager who seems to have a temper but takes it out on the wrong people. All in all this entire place is at rock bottom. I believe that in order to improve this complex the owners need to clean house. Enough time has been spent trying to mend the leaky boat, Time to purchase a new one!
I will keep readers posted and when things change I will let others know. I am fair like that. But for now, this is not such a great place to live.

As for the posting, i did not bring this on. I did ask to be a roommate with a freind and his girlfriend, but i did not ask to be robbed by them. as i paid my 3rd of the rent, apparently i was the bad guy for not paying their other half. I was told by both managment and my roomates(both parties) That i was supposed to pay their share because they hhad tio share a bedroom, duhh you are a couple, of course you will share a bedroom. So again i was forced to pay 50 % percent of the rent so they each only pay 25% that includes all utilities. And the fact that not only did they sneak in a dog, they had 2 in the apt but only one on the lease, because pitbulls are not allowed. But they also kept the pitbull in a small cage 24/7 sitting with no water or food, and sitting in his own urine and fecies. for weeks on end. When i brought this up to managment, and the fact that it didnt have the friendliest of attitudes, all managment basically said, so what, you better pay rent. Long story short, they will do nothing even if somebody goes firmly against their rules, as long as they get their money.

this place is very trashy, my advice is if you have to complain your better off finding somwhere else to live thats what we are doing are lease is up this month and its worth paying more. i will never live in another soloman complex again. plus they are gonna raise the rent every year. get out dont rent from any soloman properties if you can aviod it.

I think this a great place to live. All the employee's are always nice and polite. Before i thought about writing this i read the first anonymous letter. It all begins with the tenant's who sit around and mind other people's business including the employee's. If they had a job they wouldn't be in other people's business. The employee's here are always dressed in uniform's and well kept. I have never had a problem with any of the employee's and i have been living here for 15 year's. This is great place it's just tenants you who need to go back to school and learn how to write and spell and learn RESPECT FOR OTHER"S!!!!
I'll be waiting fo your next comment.
