I lived here a while ago perhaps they've changed so take this with that in mind. First thing that got old FAST was having to use the centralized laundry mat. Too small and just a pain in the neck. One reason I left was to get an apartment with laundry so it wasn't a major event each week. Apartments are older and mine had old outdated looking kitchen cabnits. The price was good, I suppose they know they had to ask less due to the age of the property. Wooded setting made you feel like you were at camp in the Adirondack Mtns. I like the feel of that, but the parking was BAD- I was handicaped and trouble obtaining a spot, then when I got it my neigbors were jealous and even had my car reported once when I forgot to put up my handicap sign - I got a ticket which was thrown out once I produced prood of handicap but what a pain that was.
