Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
i lived here for about 3 months and heres the scoop-
apartment was way too expensive for what we got. its an old complex with old apartments and old appliances.
the laundry facilities were a joke. dryers were useless, unless you wanted your clothing to come out warm and soggy.
pet deposit and pet rent was BS. no one registered their animals anyway. i find it hard to believe that the downstairs neighbors with 4-5 cats paid $200 a pop for each cat plus the pet rent.
how about air conditioning- our apartment was seriously 90 something and even up into the 100's this past summer. management said you had to notify them to install an AC unit and them pay something like $50-$100 to wait for them to put it in.
parking sucked. it was very difficult to find parking, especially if you wanted anywhere near the door.
overall, this was not that bad of an apartment. and i know its only expensive because its in clifton park. but i could help but feel ripped.
