I only lived at Parkwood Village for a few months, and even in that short time, there were several times when maintenance people just came into my apartment with no notice, and not for emergency reasons. No time frame given in which to expect them. No phone call. They just unlocked my doors and came right in. They did call out when entering, but as they were coming in, not really giving a chance for any response first. Maybe they didn't expect anyone to be there, but I was. One time I was using the bathroom and suddenly there's some stranger coming into my apartment! At least I could hear the entrance, though - I worried that it was going to happen sometime while I was in the shower. . .

Thats scary... Isnt it against the law to enter the apartment without proper notice?

That's ridiculous but that's what happens when you have such lax responsibilities around the area. The maintenance men are all crooks, this isn't the only story I've heard about these guys

Those guys are shady and the new manager lori crisfulli is is way incompentent.
