I lived there for six months. The property is beatiful. Apts are spaced out and not all jammed together. Parking is easy. The manager was always very helpful. Compared to other apartments I have been in where you could hear the slightest noise or bump from other apartments, these were better at sound isolation. Maintenance was average, but my unit had lots of hot water. I've read all the negative reviews, but all I can say is that was not my experince. No mold or insect problems for me.

I have lived here for almost a year and I have found everyone to be very helpful. My apartment too is spacious on occassion I do here the neighbors but it is apartment living, even in a house you can here the family moving around upstairs. I read the reviews about mold and I have never had any problem, but I also clean my apartment all the time. Mold is easy to grow if you don't clean it once found. Over all I love it here and would recommend it also.
