Generally a pretty quiet place, fairly roomy (but not spacious) townhouse style. Windows and doors are poorly insulated, but plastic over the windows will cut your heating bill by 50% easily. No central A/C which is ridiculous for what the rent price is. Appliances are cheaply made. Trash is removed 2x a week and the on-site manager does a great job of keeping things neat even when tenants get sloppy. Until Dawn Homes took over the mgmt the landscaping was not kept up. Snow removal in winter is very prompt. Not a bad place to live while you are looking to buy a house in the area.

Updated July 2009 - Rent is now $910 PLUS $25-$30 a month for a "water bill" - When I lived in a house my total water expense was only $8.00/mo for 4 adults. They are charging an administration fee of $22 to bill you for water. In addition in the fine print of the lease is a carpet fee where they charge you 1/7th of the cost of the carpet for every year you lived there. Just be aware of what you are committing too!
