When I signed my lease I was rented an apartment that didn't exist by a ditzy staff member. So then there was this big production to find me a place in the time frame I was supposed to move in. I already had all my utilities switched over, had hired movers and had ordered checks with my new fake address. It was actually the power company who informed me that there was no such apartment on that street. There were mice in my apartment all winter that I had to continually remove them by glue traps. YUCK. And when I informed the staff they did NOTHING. The maintenence staff is really pleasent and well mannered. Kathy at the office is so rude and doesn't know her ass from her elbow. The apartment that I was shown looks nothing like my outdated, harvest gold toileted creation I was rented. And if that wasn't enough the noise from the trash that they rented to next door is ridiculous. There are broken beer bottles all over the parking lot so I have to pick my dog up and carry him to the grass. Overall the service falls well below the price!!

I agree about Kathy! She seems to believe that residents should go away, leave her alone, and yet I'm sure still wants to collect her paycheck. You would think her supervisors would recognize her lack of work ethic, but they must be as incompetent as she is.
