I think the office personel are Wonderful and the maintenance is great, there may be a few who try not to work very hard but all in all how many places take large dogs, mine is 140 pounds and was warmly welcomed along with my 76 pound dog. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, attached garage and all appliances including washer & dryer in unit for under 1150.00 month and to top it off I live in Clifton Park. Very well worth it and I am very very happy there. I would think the only issue I have is tenants who make sure to walk there dog by someone elses building and not clean it up, very very aggrevating. They ruin it for us who do take care of our animals. The only real thing safety wise that bothers me is there are no porch lights in the back where our patio's are and some people are right up against the woods. Very scary and dangerous. All in all a wonderful place to live.

First of all its NOT in Clifton Park, its in Halfmoon, but the deceiving liars who run this dump (like the one who wrote this review)claim it is a "luxury" complex too. Rubbish, the only places that are nice are the rental offices and some apartments around them. This is to deceive potential rents. LOOK around before you rent. There are much new, classier and well kept properties around then this dump.
