Twin Lakes Apartments- Luxury Prices in the Ghetto

The best feature of twin lakes apartments is the park like setting and grounds are well maintained. I would like to have more positive comments, but none come to mind.
Many apartments have water seepage and plumbing issues. In my opinion with first-hand experience, management is woefully inadequate. Unruly neighbor issues abound at Twin Lakes and offenses appear to go unchecked. Management appears to look the other way to avoid any conflict resolution when a renters rights have been violated, even health and mold related issues! My experience with management has left me with a feeling that I am a burden with any request. I have held any repair request or rights infringement reports to a bare minimum to avoid the blank stares and less than friendly assistance from management. I am writing a song about Twin Lakes management called "Fill out a Form and Don't Expect Me to be Warm!" or maybe "Rent a Luxury Ghetto Today!"
The maintenance crew are good men and work hard, but are apparently over-scheduled, possibly due to ownership cutting costs. Any maintenance issues are rarely resolved on first try and sometimes never resolved after numerous repair attempts. Management does not care how many trips their overworked maintenance crew needs to make for the same simple issue as long as you fill out the repair form.
Consider trading in your gas guzzling car for a nice bicycle if you plan to move to Twin Lakes. Parking is scare as it appears there are many car yielding residents per apartment. Most likely, there are multiple families living in single apartments to offset the luxury apartment pricing. On a positive note, one can stay in shape by the necessity to park in an aerobic zone range from their apartment.
This is my first ever rating complaint on anything, but felt I must warn potential Clifton Park apartment seekers about the potential perils faced at Twin Lakes Apartments. Yes, I do have an axe to grind, but am never quick to judgement or to complain unless I see no other alternative.
For what it's worth, my suggestion is to run as fast and far away from Twin Lakes Apartments if you are considering renting there.

I have lived in both Southview and Twin Lakes over the last almost two years, and I agree wholeheartedly with this review.

Seems like the Solomon way to do business. Cram'em and jam'em. You really get it up the back door here.

Wow, you hit it right on the nail. They hate to fix anything. This place is for the dogs!
