This place has gone down the toilet since DGC sold it to Solomon in 05.

Most of the office staff is incompetent or rude.

It's old and is falling apart. My apartment closet doors fell off 4 months ago and they took them and never replaced them. The toilet seat broke last year and it took them almost 6 months to fix it. The kitchen cabinets are 30 years old and falling apart and the rug is worn out to the point that the carpet tacks cut your feet. The place is full of bugs, carpenter ants, and the screens in the window dont keep them out. It cost a fortune to heat and cool as the windows need to be replaced. In fact one of mine has all moisture in it and it looks as if someone spay painted it white. My bathroom sink cloggs non stop and I have to fix it. The light switches keep shorting out too.

There is trash all over the place. Used rubbers, broken glass, dog crap and a gang of wanna be gangsters and druggies. There is no parking and if you have a decent car prepare for it to be damage and full of scratches and dings. This place is WAY over priced, has a over worked maintenance staff of about 25 people who have to take care of several other huge properties besides this one.

This place is low living not luxury. It has become a slum. The parking lots are crumbling or full of trash, most downstairs places are full of mold. Shoddy electrical system (one of the buildings burned down, could it be the electrical system'). The dumpsters are too small and the trash just over flows.

If you have respiratory issues DONT move here as the smoke comes in the windows and up from the downstairs. There should be a smoker/non smoker arrangement, or they should ban it altogether. If I can quit anyone can.

Here you will be living around drunks, druggies, inconsiderate -------s and losers. Hey if you want that save yourself 400 a month and move into Pine Ridge because Twin Lakes has become just like it.

The luxury is gone, the losers and boozers are here and Twin Lakes glory days are over for sure.

i have lived in Twin lakes a month and the one thing I agree with is the smoke. I do get smoke from my neigbor. But the maintence has been great. Too soon for me to make a call
