Although we only moved in a few months ago, our experience so far has been wonderful. The apartments are large and clean. The kitchen is modern with lots of cabinet space. There is a fireplace in the living room, doesn't give off much heat but I'm told there is a blower that you can get for like $50 that would improve that. The balcony is right off the living room with a well lit storage shed which is very convenient for storing firewood along with regular storage. The balcony does need to be painted, but I've been assured that as soon as spring comes that will be taken care of. The balcony looks out to the lake and a big beautiful tree. We hung some bird feeders last month and now there are all kinds of beautiful wild birds on the balcony most of the day. All parking is off street, and they do have garages available for a very reasonable rate. The parking spaces are not marked so sometimes a lot of space gets wasted and you may have to walk a bit, but it is well lit. Maintenance is good with snow removal. They could be a little better clearing out the actual spaces, but that probably reflects more on residents than maintenance. They are great with clearing and salting walkways. We had to call them twice so far for minor issues and they came right over to address them and were very pleasant. We were really impressed during the ice storm last month when there was no power for 3 days, they went around to all of the apartments and opened doors to make sure that nobody was hurt and needed help. Also management offered their unrented apartments at other properties for people to stay in until the power returned. The office staff are always polite, although sometimes uninformed. The office manager is great though and will solve problems no problem. As far as the noise level we can hear when our one neighbor goes up the stairs to his door, and that's all we've heard! Only advise is to carefully look over your lease and get copies of everything in writing. We did run into a small issue in the beginning, but because we had the paperwork to support ourselves it was resolved without incident. They are pet friendly, we have a cat and have been some places where you need to be careful they don't get stuck places. She did try to hide in the fireplace the first day, which was very funny, but she couldn't have gotten stuck if she tried. The office is really good with the pets as well. They ask for a picture of the animal as well as a number of emergency contacts and their vets number just in case they get out. Its comforting to know that they would be working to help me to find my furry family member should she get lost. Overall we are very happy and would strongly recommend it to a friend.
