So, I wrote a review of this place back in January and mysteriously it seems to have disappeared. We lived in Twin Lakes from 2006-2008 and it was the worst 2 years of our lives. Lets start with the day we moved in. There was ketchup smears on our kitchen wall, splatters all over the kitchen cabinets, and a broken window. I immediatly went over to the office to complain, they sent over some jerk who didn't want to do anything about it, and accused me of wanting "my own personal staff." Also, they like to rent to teenagers who blare their music and keep you up all hours of the night. If you look out your window instead of seeing beautiful birds you get the pleasure of seeing drug deals going down. We also found out after we moved in that our apt had a rodent problem!! We caught 6 in one week. When we looked behind our stove there was holes that had brillo pads stuck in there so obviously this had been a problem for a while. If you have kids don't plan on letting them play outside. People drive so fast in the development they'll probably get hit. The management treat you like gold when you go to rent a place. Once you move in your treated like a piece of trash. Also if you do decide to rent from this awful place make sure you take lots of pictures and keep copies of everything. They don't like to return your deposit (They keep it so they can try to fix up these place at your expense). If you work late don't plan on being able to find a parking spot because there won't be any. From the road it looks beautiful with those to ponds out front, but when you take a walk in the field put your boots on because the grass if full of goose crap! They also like to rent to sexual predators. When we moved in we checked on watchdog and found out that there was one living about 100 feet from the pool. If you still decide to rent from this place it will be your own fault. Those previous "good" reviews were probably written by their employees because everyone I know from there feels the same way I do. Take this as a warning of what you will have coming your way if you rent from these people. Save your money and go somewhere else!!

oh lord, this person is so right. i've only been here five weeks, i hardly get any sleep, i feel like i live on a college campus wih the noise and music above me, and not to mention the ant problem, not just a couple ants, an entire colony from my kitchen to my living room walls. it's only been a week that i've been asking to have the exterminator come, i'm hoping i see him sometime this century. they do treat you great when you walk in their front door, but after you sign the lease your just an apt. number and nothing else.
