Top floor affords nice distance from parking lot noise and back windows face trees. Being a nature lover, we enjoy the bird song in the morning and the nesting in the shrubbery at the front of our home. the balcony affords lots of room for outdoor plants and potted veggies. The walls are thick so neighbors are very little problem. Management listens to complaints about party-types and makes sure they leave or stay quiet. Very nice appliances and spacious!!!
