It snowed and they didn?t plow until too late. Slipped and fell several times and it?s very inconvenient to walk to your car on the sidewalk with over a foot of snow while dressed for work.



Poorly insulated bedrooms. Air feels like it is blowing right in.



The fireplace fire is BLUE. It?s like sitting in front of a furnace fire.



AC doesn?t cool the apartment and it would run 24/7 while trying and still accomplish nothing. It?s basically worthless. The management told us to use fans. I need AC because I have allergies.



The toilets back up at least once a week.



Too expensive. If you want security service, it costs extra--even though they advertise an alarm. If you want a remote for your fireplace it costs $100.00, other wise you have to crawl on the floor to turn it on. Water is $30/month and Electric-Gas is $130/month for only two people, even if you try to be efficient.



There is inadequate storage space. No place to put anything unless you use your clothes closet. We can get storage/garage if we choose to pay $100.00/month and park 1/4 mile from our apartment door



The garbage areas are too far away from the apartment and you would think they would put them by the exits so you can stop by on your way out, but they?re out of the way.



People drive WAY too fast. Our little tiny road has actually been used as a drag-strip by teenagers. The speedbumps are worthless.



The parking lots are dining rooms and trashcans for McDonald?s and Wendy?s.



I?ve spoken with neighbors and they have similar complaints so these are not isolated instances.
