I will be moving to Albany next month. So, this past week I and my wife went on a house hunting trip and the following review is based solely on our tour experience.

The place is just average, as is the rent. It is ill-maintained (most of the pathways during our visit were unclean and frozen) but the atmosphere in general is not too bad. Apartments are clean but not odour-free and layout is OK too.

Over all: 3 out of 5! FYI, I have also reviewed a few other apartments in Albany area that we had visted.
