As a three year resident of the Landings I am generally very happy. The office and maintenance staff are professional and they get things done in a timely manner. The grounds are beautiful and are professionally maintained. My apartment has vaulted ceilings, which I love, and it's spacious. Exercise room and pool are very well maintained and are a pleasure to use. Overall, I'm very happy!!

Well, I disagree. I have lived there for 8 years and the office staff is beyond rude. 60% of the place is comprised of WELFARE apartments, so beware. I pay full, and very high, price for an apartment, only to live with welfare people all around me. It is like living in a tenement. The manager tells tenants to call the police with problems, and, consequently, they are here at all times of night and day. I highly suspect that the previous post is from the manager. RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, UNLESS, OF COURSE YOU ARE ONE OF THE WELFARE PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE!
