I highly recommend Woods Edge Apartments. The rent is a little higher than other places around here but you get what you pay for. The apartments a very well constructed and well lit from all angles. The grounds are kept up nicely and snow is removed in a timely fashion. The only downside I see is that due to the higher cost of rent there is an older population living here. (2bed/2bath: $975 / 3bed/2bath: $1,050) Both floor plans are approximately 1,200 square feet in living area with nice appliances, laundry rooms, and gas fireplaces. There are no amenities which is fine with me. I would never use a community pool and if I want tennis there are, at last count like 25 courts down the street at Shenendehowa High School. I have looked at all of the other places in the area to rent and this place pretty much takes the cake. With the real-estate market the way it is right now I am going to rent for at least 2 more years and the condos I have seen around here are not as well constructed as this place
