Once you get by the professional landscaping, beware: the loud noises from the 2nd floor apartments, heavy walking, unnecessary jumping, hard water, washing machine after 10PM, water heater constantly running, smokers lack of consideration for non smokers, you are unable to open front windows due to smokers or sit in front of your apartment due to smokers, barbeque grills up again rear of units, allows the smell to enter apartments, loud music from autos or certain apartments.The rules and regulations are not for everyone. With the departure of the on site manager, the atmosphere will only decline.

This person sounds like he needs to be in a home for old people where there is nothing alive going on. This person sounds like a bitter person and a conceded one at that,should not be a renter that's for sure. Go live a place for the deaf.
