Since the place has been sold last March, everything has gone downhill. It used to be a nice, clean, and quiet complex, but now they are renting to anybody just to fill the empty apartments and the newer tenants are driving the good tenants away. Loud neighbors, loud visitors, dirty grounds, lack of proper maintenance, rules and regulations not enforced, kids running around parking lot (usually screaming), and the water authority threatened to shut off water due to nonpayment.
Owner has been in newspaper at least twice, once for an article about being denied Chapter 11 and then again when he promised to pay the water bill. Like the judge said when he denied the chapter 11 - "gross mismanagement".
Will not be renewing lease!
