nice place but very expensive

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
WE are paying 842 for a 1 bedroom 700 sq ft apartment (this includes rental of a washer/dryer). No utilities or garage included so for the amount of space this is very expensive for the area. On the plus side, apratment is very nice--maintenence is responsive, and the grounds are very well maintained. I slightly regret my choice to live here b/c of the price
