We loved everything about our apartment. There was always a sense of welcoming amongst the neighbors. Although the surrounding communities are a bit shady, I felt a 100% safe living there. Do not let that deter you. Our apartment had an amazing view of the Hudson River and during the summer we saw the Tug Festival from our Balcony. Summers on the Balcony were amazing. Our 2nd Floor apartment had Vaulted Ceilings! Plenty of Closet Space!! I enjoyed having a W/D inside the apartment.
The one thing that I would recommend is for everyone to read there lease. There was a descrepancy on our lease (term of our lease was not consistent with what was written....the lease stated six months but the date written was actually 7 months) however, because of the descrepancy Management allowed us to get out of our lease without penalty. For that, I am thankful.

I recommend this Apartment 100%! We only moved out because we relocated.
