Very nice place to live. Best in Cohoes for sure. - Ok...I've lived here for a few years now. Couldn't Be Happier My wife and I were a little skeptical and a little scared to be moving to Cohoes but were quickly relieved after moving into our 2 bedroom apartment on the water side of the building. While rent is expensive, we couldn't be happier. We don't have to worry about

Views, Amenities, Apartment size are the positives... The building has a lot of huge pluses. first the positives:
Everything is new so it has that new fresh smell, new hallways etc
- apartment sizes are very spacious
- amenities and security is great
- views are magnificent
