Moved here in March 08
Problems:
1) cockroaches found in kitchen
2) building is very hot all the time for some reason even when it's cool outside. Average temp in apartment without air conditioning is 87 degrees. Paying over $200/month to LIPA to keep the air conditioning running 24/7.
3) there were no blinds in the kitchen window when I moved in and none were ever installed.
4) promised new kitchen cabinets would be installed by the first week of tenancy, none have been installed.
5) vertical blinds do not work in living room. Never fixed.
6) rented garage space and the garage entrance/exit is constantly blocked by Fairfield maintenance trucks and associated firms.
