stay away stay away from here, carey is nothing but a liar. she pushes the buck around, when asked to get something fixed, they blame on maintainence guys and its carey who stops them from ordering supplies such as a/c and stoves avoid fairfield if u know whats good for you!!!!!!

AVOID FAIRFIELD LIKE THE PLAGUE This place is horrible as I was disgusted upon visiting my aunt who is not tech savvy enough to post this review so here I am - she has ROACHES in the kitchen area - they always promise to fix it but came ONCE and did a half --- job as they were back in a few weeks.

Problems:
1) cockroaches found in kitchen
2) building is very hot all the time for some reason even when it's cool outside. Average temp in apartment without air conditioning is 87 degrees. Paying over $200/month to LIPA to keep the air conditioning
