nightmare!!!! This apartment complex is a Nightmare they NEVER do as they say. Things are always braking down and they take weeks to fix. IT IS NOT WORTH THE RENT!!!!!! I would tell anyone that wants to rent here STAY AWAY I have one more year then I am out of here!!! I have been waiting a year for

Not recommended Moved here in March 08
Problems:
1) cockroaches found in kitchen
2) building is very hot all the time for some reason even when it's cool outside. Average temp in apartment without air conditioning is 87 degrees. Paying over $200/month to LIPA to keep the air conditioning
