The buildings are old, in disrepair, and infested. The laundry facility for my building is especially infested, and rodent droppings in, on, and all around the machines, half of which are broken anyway. I complained to management about this twice ... more
I grew up here in the 80s, and it was great. Although made a huge mistake moving back in 2006. Office staff is very rude, and maintenance staff didnt speak english. My Car was broken into twice within one year. ... more
I am a resident at the moment here living with my wife. This place has no maintenance whatsoever. There was a break in a few months ago in next to my apt. And, the laundry room has all the machines ... more
This complex is one of the cheapest on Long Island, and on the outside, it looks really nice. However, looking at the model and walking around the grounds doesn't give you an idea of how AWFUL the management is.
