Love this place! We have lived here since March 2011, and have not regreted the move. The improvements have been great. The office has been nothing but concerned about how things are going. Maintenance is great, I have put in service calls and they are there to fix it pretty much right away

Loved this place...will mss it! I lived at the townhouses from 2008 to 2011. I loved this complex. The staff is amazing. Never had a problem with maintenance and the girls in the rental office were amazing. All my security was returned.

Fine for Us Avalon Pines is a nice place to live. It looks beautiful and it is comfortable to live in. Yes, there are issues like the windows being drafty and the drain in the bathroom being slow but they are minimal when you look at other apartments on Long Island. The neighbors are friendly

1. water leaks from the windows when it rains

Parking is awful! The parking is a nightmare! These apartments are not cheap, and for the money we pay to live here, we should at least be able to park by the building we live in. People have guests at all hours of the day, coming and going, which makes it impossible for the people
