Poor security but great management - I lived in Pinewwood Village from 2003-2004. the apartments were very clean and well maintained on move in. i will not recommend this place -old buildings, outdated appliances, sliding doors of closet falling apart everytime u try to move, broken ac, old heating system, weird floor plans, keep charging every month extra bucks under "tax adjustments"

No No No No I grew up here in the 80s, and it was great. Although made a huge mistake moving back in 2006. Office staff is very rude, and maintenance staff didnt speak english. My Car was broken into twice within one year. Nothing was stolen, but windows were broken and glove box

Be Careful!!! The apartments are old so the insulation is horrible. Read the lease carefully because they add $20 a month for fuel surcharges, sometimes $8 a month for property tax. Maintenance? they are good if you don't have to call them, otherwise you might as well fix it
