Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
Although the buildings are old, the new owners have remodeled & made the apartments nice - new appliances, carpet, etc. There's no gym or pool, but it's in a great location in the City - walking distance to Market Street.
Maintenance staff takes care of things.
