Decent Value Although the buildings are old, the new owners have remodeled & made the apartments nice - new appliances, carpet, etc. There's no gym or pool, but it's in a great location in the City - walking distance to Market Street.
Maintenance staff takes care of things.

Don't bother wasting your money here. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Too pricey for what you get. You should be paid to live there actually. Too noisey, too smelly, too many fleas and other creepy crawlies. Can equate the place to a cardboard box next to a dumpster!
