I currently live in Queenswood Apartments and have for the past 3 years. I have been very happy with my apartment. Building management and staff are always readily available. The apartments are clean and the building is also clean. The shuttle bus is great in the morning, but I would like for them to have a later shuttle run since I get home late at night. If the building was a coop, I'd buy an apartment immediately. Otherwise, for a New York apartment, its one of the cleanest I've seen.
