Nice , clean , safe . Security is always on there duty , maintence is kind especially Steve and Mike. The office I reserve the right to plead the fifth on the ladies in the office. prior statements are close to the mark. I would buy do the swing in the neighborhood and it is on the cusp of gentrification. As for Lefrak leval it. Other than that everyone is working class from city and state employees to doctors , lawyers and company vice presidents . A cudos to head of the security for keeping us safe.

Sounds good, but what about the comments on the roach and mice problem?? This has been stated from a few tenents already. Kinda conflicting.
