Building looks nice and clean from outside and inside the campus....but don't go on the look from outside...Inside the apartments most of the residents have the insect problem and the biggest problem is the mice problem.

just imagine the mice eating your food in the night .....and their poop all over the place ..in your kitchen...on your containers....on your valuable clothes....ohhhh my goddd!!!...thats nasty.....
Maintanance comes and very proudly says..hey we caught three more this weekend in your apartment..yehhh!!!....Please save yourself from this trouble...DO NOT move into QUEENSWOOD APARTMENTS unless you like to stay with roaches and mice. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

Seems to me that this particular tenant has some pretty serious issues with Queenswood. It appears that he is not the most clean person in the building and doen't exhibit too much common sense. Your solution for the mice is brillo or stainless steel pads around the radiator pipe entrance and the gas pipe. Use glue traps to assure the death of your despair. For roaches, get an exterminator to find the roach nest, or get the bombs or sprays to completely spray your apartment. Combat discs and gel are also both very effective. Bomb once a month. Spray frequently. The discs or gel will do all the rest. Good Luck and Happy Hunting, You friendly neighborhood advisor.
