I have serious mice problem...Dont come here...NOOOOOO Building looks nice and clean from outside and inside the campus....but don't go on the look from outside...Inside the apartments most of the residents have the insect problem and the biggest problem is the mice problem.

Pay a lot for nothing Lots of closet but to many restrictions. You are not allowed to upgrade anything without paying steep penalties when you move out. Roaches (GROSS) are a problem! The staff is also not very friendly. Apartments are adequate nothing exciting. I believe you pay too much for

Apartments and complex are very nice. The downfall to this great community is the neighboring Lefrak City. Unfortunately, this brings down the neighborhood. A later shuttle bus pick up would help avoid walking through that area.
