Big-ass neighbors on the top floors....BAD

I agree about the lack of insulation between units. I also must note that if the fat asses that live on the top floors would learn how to walk like the average human instead of a cow, it would decrease the noise tremendously. Also, if you are over 200 pounds.....YOU CAN NOT WEAR HEELS!
