Overall, if you can live with poor management and maintenance and don't mind doing a few things yourself, Adams Station is a good place to live.

The setting is great and the setup feels like a
condo or town home. Definately get an upstairs apt; there is no sound insulation bewtween apts. Check out your neighbors also - this will have a profound impact on your experience here. Management will take anyone who can pay the rent so be careful!
