Why else would you indicate that all the negative reviews were posted by a woman' For the record, I know many of the tenants who have posted negative remarks and they, like me, are men. Up until now, I decided to remain quiet, but this "over the top" positive response is simply not accurate.
As previously mentioned in other reviews the noise levels in these apartments is ridiculous. Add to this the fact that it is slowly becoming a college dorm, I can say that I will NOT be re-newing my lease.
