We have been tenants since 2002 and I will agree with the lack of noise insulation between the floors of the units(it is VERY noisy, even without overweight neighbors upstairs). However, we have never had a problem with response time from maintenance. I do believe things could be better maintained (ie- landscaping and general building maintenance) We've only had one bad set of neighbors and that has just been recently. Overall this is a great community with friendly people. Just in case there is a question as to if I am management or a tenant we live in Elkin Court.
