These apartments are very nice and spacious inside, with lots of storage and only five years old. They accept pets. They are a little pricey. The downside is that the maintenance staff is slow to respond to concerns, after business hours, it is nearly impossible to get a response. When the snow falls, it is typically not cleared for 24 hours, and definitely not until the last flake falls (which is problematic in big storms). However, the other "regular" maintenance that is performed is fine.
