Adams Station has the ability to be lovely. The grounds are nice and the apartment roomy. We moved in only a few weeks ago on the ground floor and would recommend an upstairs unit since you hear EVERYTHING! The lady upstairs excersises, which is pretty annoying! Hopefully since summer is coming, she'll do more of that outside! So, ok place to live if on top floor!
