Catlyn Court is a great place to live. We have great neighbors and everyone is really friendly. The walls are a little thin, but not bad if you live on the second floor. The parking lot is well lit and there are plenty of spaces. Every time we've had a problem the maintenance staff has come to fix it or replace the item within a week. Our electric bill is a bit high because the insulation isn't that great. All the units have washer/dryer hookups which is great too. We've lived here for 3.5 years and have made some really good friends.
