There are a lot of positives to Adams Station but it's the luck of the draw as to any particular unit. My first unit, ground-level, flooded twice in a year so I got a 2nd floor unit above people whose dog wakes me up way too early virtually every morning. The other reviewer hit the nail on the head - if you go to management with a legitimate complaint, say a noisy neighbor - management views YOU as the problem, not the miscreant. As much as moving is an expensive hassle, I'll be leaving this place.

At these prices, I'd advise you to move in elsewhere.
