BE SMART KEEP LOOKING

We lived in Adams Station for too long and are glad to be out.
The floors are so thin that we always heard our neighbors vaccums and music.
Like one of the other responders here, we too had problems with ants and because of the length of time it was taking them to do something about it ended up taking care of the problem ourselves.
As for management and their attitudes and responses, don't even get me started! Like someone else said, if you do have a problem neighbor and make a complaint management does indeed come back as if you are the one at fault, even if other tenants are complaining about the same neighbor. They are about as useful, helpful or responsive as the ants would have been if you'd have asked them to leave on their own accord.
When you have had enough and decide to move out they become almost vindictive and make moving out as difficult as possible, which may be because from the number of u-hauls and moving trucks that were appearing at the time that we moved they were loosing a lot of tenants.
Inspite of the walk thru inspection the tenant does with apartment management, to ensure no damage is done to the apartment, the security deposit is held for 6 - 8 weeks and it's return isn't based on that agreed upon inspection as the lease states, but what maintenance claims they find when they go in to get the apartment ready for the next poor soul to rent it, which means anything can be listed after you have gone and they keep whatever they deem necessary.
We moved into Adams Station because we came from out of state and were limited on time to look for some place and they accepted our small dog. Be smart keep looking, you don't want to live here.
