For the past two years my wife and I have rented here and it's been a terrible experience from the beginning.

When we moved into our apartment their were several issues that needed to be addressed. Our stove would not work, our refrigerator was held together by duct tape, our wallpaper was peeling, paint was chipping, electrical outlets did not work etc. I want to emphasize that after renting for TWO YEARS these problems STILL EXIST. Even after maintenance requests, nothing was fixed. Oh, pardon me, one burner on the stove works.

My next complaint is with the staff, who has been rude and uninterested from the moment we first walked in there. We are never greeted politely or shown any courtesy whatsoever, and whenever we have asked questions or needed problems resolved we've been treated as though we didn't exist.

Their dishonesty has been the most disheartening. We've been accused on multiple occasions of not paying our rent, however when we produced a copy of the cashed check they simply ripped it from our hands. Even when moving out we have been accused of not notifying them and were required to do our walk through with our things still in the apartment.

I cannot stress the aggravation I have experienced from the staff and living here in general. Be cautious if you decide to rent.
